The Word of Truth

Matthew 26:6 Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,

:7 There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

:8 But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?

:9 For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

:10 When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

:11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.

:12 For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.

:13 Verily I say unto you, WHERESOEVER THIS GOSPEL shall be preached in the whole world, there SHALL ALSO THIS, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

James 3:13 Who IS A wise man and ENDUED with knowledge among you? let him SHEW out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

:14 But IF YE HAVE bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory NOT, and LIE NOT against the truth.

:15 This wisdom descendeth NOT from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

:16 FOR WHERE envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

:17 But the wisdom THAT IS FROM ABOVE is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

:18 And THE FRUIT of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

John 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye CONTINUE IN my word, then ARE YE my disciples indeed;

:32 And ye SHALL KNOW the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear WITHOUT a preacher?

:15 And how shall they preach, except THEY BE sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach THE GOSPEL OF PEACE, and bring glad tidings OF GOOD things!

:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, WHO HATH believed our report?

:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing BY THE WORD of God.

:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, THEIR SOUND went into all the earth, and THEIR WORDS unto the ends of the world.

John 15:18 If the world HATE you, ye know that it hated me BEFORE IT hated you.

:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world HATETH you.

:20 Remember THE WORD that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they WILL ALSO persecute you; if they have kept MY SAYING, they WILL KEEP yours also.

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world CANNOT receive, because it seeth him NOT, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

:18 I will NOT leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Matthew 5:10  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: FOR SO PERSECUTED THEY the prophets which were before you.

Luke 21:15 For I will GIVE YOU A mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall NOT be able to gainsay NOR resist.

Isaiah 66:5 Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.

John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 

:8  Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 

(Further proof of whom the TRUE disciples of Christ are because they will only speak the words of the bible and their fruits will be righteousness, such as true love, true faith, true meekness, and true goodness, etc.: Galatians 5:22-23).
